How our online shoe repair service works
Choose one repair for each pair, or select the combined service if you need both the soles and heels repaired. Add your details to the order form and pay securely online. Tracked postage both ways costs £7.95 per order and includes up to £150 cover. This covers one securely packed pair weighing up to 2kg and is available to eligible mainland UK addresses. Please contact us for a quote before ordering if you’re sending extra pairs, your parcel weighs more than 2kg, or your address is in Northern Ireland, an island or a remote postcode.
After checkout, check your email for the prepaid Evri label and packing instructions. Please wait for the label before posting your shoes. If it has not arrived, email marketheelbar@outlook.com before sending them. When they arrive, we’ll assess them and carry out the repair you selected. All online repairs are glued and pressed; no stitching is included.
Please allow at least one week from the time we receive your shoes for the repair and dispatch, plus delivery time. If we find that the selected repair isn’t suitable or the work needed would change the order, we’ll contact you before making changes or adding charges. We’ll then return your repaired shoes to the address you provided.

Designer Heels – Please Contact Us First
If your shoes are designer heels or high-value footwear, please contact us for a personalised quote before placing an online repair order. Simply send us a few clear photos of your shoes and the repairs required, and we'll confirm whether we can carry out the work and provide a quote.
